Emma Wang is a senior and the Editor-in-Chief of The Mire. Her work has been recognized by the Scholastic Arts and Writing awards, and has appeared or is forthcoming in Cosmonauts Avenue, TRACK//FOUR, Canvas Literary Journal, Fictional Café, The Harpoon Review, Blue Marble Review, What Are Birds, and more. She also reads for Polyphony Lit. She is usually tired.

Eleanor Lee is a junior and the poetry editor for The Mire. She enjoys reading Mary Oliver, Jo Ann Beard, and Harry Potter; she also takes great joy in writing bad poetry about playing the piano. If you can’t find her, she’s either practicing or sleeping.

Virginia Gray is a senior and the Editor-in-Chief of The Woodward Post. She enjoys contemporary fiction, Wes Anderson movies, hiking, seashells, and #skippingthestraw.

Dylan Le is the webmaster of The Mire and The Woodward Post and enjoys cooking and not sleeping.

Ellie Sabel is a junior at Indian Springs School. She works as an editor for The Mire and records monthly podcasts for Sounds of Springs, which you should definitely check out. She enjoys hiking with her dog and increasing her collection of fuzzy socks in her spare time.

Nyssa Youhn is a junior and a fiction editor for The Mire. In her (sadly limited) free time, she enjoys reading and playing mediocre music.

Carina Lim is a junior at Indian Springs School. While she’s scared to write, she reviews incoming submissions with gusto. In her free time, she takes hikes, makes terrible pots, and reads.

Jiaying Liu is a junior at Indian Springs. She loves rendering natural scenes in her drawings, believing that the accurate expression of details is the most challenging and most important part of her artwork. She is also a member of the concert choir and the debate team.
